Wedding Day Timeline Tips!

Hi I'm Rosina an award winnng wedding photographer that loves educating couples.

Let's talk about your Wedding Day Timeline!

What important details do you need to know about your wedding day timeline?

Hey there lovebirds!  Planning your big day can be overwhelming, but remember, this is all about celebrating YOUR love story!

I’m here to offer guidance so that you can have a stress free wedding day!

Tip # 1 As your wedding photographer it is a priority that I offer you a relaxed photography timeline that includes every possible scenario including a first look and a sparkler exit (if that is what you want).

My timeline starts with getting ready, all the details, putting on the dress, the bridesmaids with the bride. Having stress free prep time is going to set the tone for the rest of your day.

Tip # 2  Consider if you want to enjoy your cocktail hour with your guests or fill that time slot up with bride and groom couple photos, bridal party, and family formals.

No doubt you can get what I call "photo fatigue" if you don't pace yourself. I always suggest a first look with the bride and groom, a private bride and groom session, bridal party and family formals prior to the wedding ceremony. I'm here to help navigate you through your timeline options!

Tip # 3 Work with a photographer that knows and has "off camera lighting"!

Why is this important to the timeline?

A photographer (such as moi) that works with off camera lighting can move around quickly and still provide you with a good quality of light on various indoor/outdoor images.

So if we hop outside for an evening shot we can grab a light and go! Setting up room lights in the ballroom allows even lighting in whatever direction the photographer is facing! It's also a non-invasive way to capture you close up from across the room using room lights and a long lens.

Bonus: you get excellent quality photo's, no delays from the photographer, and a stress free reception with us covering your every dance move! If you want to chat text or call me (954) 254-8033. You can also email me: Hello@rosinadibello.com
